I am a first-year master's student researching the effect of urbanization on native bee communities here in Chicago, IL. I am interested in identifying what urban landscape features influence native bee community composition and what traits native bees in urban setting possess. I am broadly interested in community ecology, pollination biology, and entomology. Outside of the lab, I enjoy going to concerts, painting, and exploring all that Chicago has to offer.
